At Caltechsys we have decided to implement a program of systematic monitoring and evaluation of the various aspects of a project, service, or facilities to ensure that standards of quality are being met. The two key goal is “ fit for fist time” and "right first time" (mistakes should be eliminated). We strive for the best and failure is not an end result.
